Becoming a Live Free Endurance Athlete

This isn’t just about following a plan. It’s about building a way to train that fits your life, supports your body, and actually lasts. On this page, you’ll see who is a good fit for coaching, what makes my approach different, and how to get started.

If you’ve been stuck in cycles of starting over, feeling burnt out, or wondering if there’s a better way, this is where things begin to shift.

If you’ve ever said things like “I'm sad I'm not where I once was,” “I don’t even know where to start,” or “I’ll start when life calms down,” you’re not alone.

And you might be exactly who Live Free Endurance Coaching is for.

Who are Live Free Athletes?

Live Free athletes are people who want more from their training, but also from their life.

They are beginners who are ready to start, even if they don’t feel fully prepared. They are comeback athletes who have had to pause, pivot, or rebuild after injury, illness, or time away.

They are people who have caught themselves comparing their current fitness to a past version of themselves and are ready to move forward instead of staying stuck there.

They are balancing full lives, with responsibilities, work, and priorities that matter just as much as training. They don’t have unlimited time or energy, and they don’t want a plan that expects them to.

They believe being an endurance athlete doesn’t mean ignoring strength. They want to feel strong, capable, and supported in their body.

Most of all, Live Free athletes are ready to stop chasing perfection and start building consistency in a way that actually lasts.

How It Works

01

Start a Conversation

We’ll begin with a free intro call. This is a chance for me to learn about your background, goals, schedule, and any injury history, and for you to ask questions. We’ll talk through what you’re looking for and decide together what coaching focus and level of support makes the most sense right now.

My approach is to never just plug you into a pre-built plan. I start from your real life.

02

Choose Your Package

You'll end the intro call with an idea of which coaching package best offers the focus and level of support you need in your current season.

Freedom Foundations offers a 12-week plan, delivered once with no additional support or plan adjustments. It's a clear starting point to help you build consistency independently.

  • Strength-focused: $60

  • Run + strength-focused: $90

  • Triathlon + strength-focused: $120

Consistency Core offers ongoing structure and support on a monthly basis to keep you progressing.

  • Strength-focused: $90/month

  • Run + strength-focused: $115/month

  • Triathlon + strength-focused: $160/month

Endurance Elevated offers full coaching support with ongoing adjustments on.a weekly basis as you train and grow.

  • Strength-focused: $120/month

  • Run + strength-focused: $140/month

  • Triathlon + strength-focused: $200/month

My run and triathlon plans include strength and mobility because I’ve learned firsthand what happens when they’re missing. Endurance training alone can leave gaps that show up later as injury, burnout, or setbacks. Strength and mobility close those gaps and build a body that can actually handle the work so you can train consistently, recover well, and keep progressing over time. This approach is about building resilience, not just mileage, so you can keep doing what you love for years, not just seasons.

03

Complete Athlete Forms

If you decide to move forward, you’ll complete a short intake, coaching agreement, and waiver, and submit payment to get started.

For ongoing coaching (Consistency Core and Endurance Elevated), there’s no long-term commitment beyond the first month.

If you know you’re ready to stay consistent, you can choose to pay ahead and receive 10% off 3 months or 20% off 6 months.

04

Get & Follow Your Plan

Once you start, you'll receive a shared Google Drive folder with everything you need to follow your plan. This includes your workouts, strength and mobility sessions, guidance notes, and supporting resources.

Depending on your coaching level, you may also have access to coaching check-in calls and ongoing messaging or text support so we can talk through progress, challenges, and adjustments in real time.

If you're a Consistency Core or Endurance Elevated athlete, your plan is not static. It evolves based on your feedback, how your body is responding, and what life looks like week to week. This approach is different because it is built to adapt with you. When life shifts, your training can shift too so you can keep building consistency instead of starting over.

The Bottom Line

My mission is to help runners and triathletes train in a way that actually fits their life. That means less pressure to do everything perfectly, fewer false starts, and a clearer path forward that supports your goals and your body over time. If that resonates, you do not need to have it all figured out to begin. The next step is simply a conversation to see what makes the most sense for you from here.
